Head Chef Adrian Hofman

As a chef for 30 years, Adrian has been part of the evolution of the Australian food industry and is passionate about contemporary cuisine made with care and patience.

For the past few months, Adrian has been working hard behind the scenes, constructing an unadulterated opportunity for diners to indulge in some of the best meat and seafood at Bar and Grill Lidcombe.

Working closely with his culinary team, Adrian has created a menu that 'Hero's' produce and utilises the grill as a tool to enhance the natural flavours of such produce.

Skilled and experienced in the art of hospitality, Gaby has been part of the industry for over 15 years. 

During this time, he has revamped and launched several restaurants and bars to the high standards enjoyed today. 

Over the past few months Gaby has been working closely with his team of Chefs to create an unparalleled dining experience at Bar and Grill Lidcombe.

Sourcing only the highest quality produce from world renowned suppliers, Gaby has crafted a food and beverage menu that is set to impress foodies all over.
